When can I subscribe?
Preferably at the opening of subscriptions and no later than April 30 2008, in order to get priority in stand al location and enjoy convenient tariffs. After April 30 2008 subscriptions will be open until all available space is taken.

How do I subscribe?
1) Sending the application form via fax or e-mail together with a document showing the bank transfer of the down payment, then subsequently mailing all the necessary forms according to the following directions.

2) Mailing the subscription forms according to the following directions:

- Application form, duly filled in, stamped and signed where indicated;

- General Rules and Regulations stamped and signed where indicated;

- Copy of certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce no older than 6 months;

- Receipt, check or other document showing the payment of the deposit.

In case the exhibitor intends to subscribe any represented companies, in addition to the documents mentioned above please enclose the following:

- List of Represented Companies

- Representation Form filled in by each represented company

Down payment upon subscription: calculation and details

For those companies subscribing within September 30 2008, the deposit includes the subscription fee for the stand owner (€ 450,00 + VAT) and the first deposit for stand area (€ 60,00 + VAT per square meter). For those companies subscribing after September 30 2008, the exhibitor will be charged € 450,00 + VAT (subscription fee) and €140,00 + VAT per square meter, equal to the sum of two deposits provided for by the General Rules and Regulations.

The bank transfer must be addressed to Fiera Milano Spa, indicating Grafitalia 2009 as payment purpose. The bank account details are indicated both on the Subscription Form and on the General Rules and Regulations, art. 10.

The exhibiting companies exempted from VAT according to articles 8/8bis/9 Decree of President of the Republic 633/72 must enclose two copies of a declaration stating their exemption, one addressed to Centrexpo Spa and the second addressed to Fiera Milano Spa.

The organizer will issue an invoice upon receipt of deposit.
